Terms of Service & License Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Blitz mobile application and services operated by Strategic Success Lab d.o.o. (“Blitz”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Blitz is a technology platform that connects riders with independent taxi drivers. Blitz is not a taxi company and does not provide transportation services. Transport is provided by independent drivers. Blitz is not a party to the transport agreement between a rider and a driver.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Blitz app on a device you own or control, for your personal use, in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or otherwise exploit the app or any part of it.

You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use Blitz. Drivers are subject to additional vetting and approval before they may accept rides.

Riders currently pay fares in cash directly to the driver at the end of each trip. Direct card payment to participating drivers is coming soon and will also be handled by the driver. Blitz does not collect or process rider payments. Fare estimates shown in the app are estimates only; the final fare is based on the actual trip. Drivers are separately responsible for platform fees invoiced by Blitz outside the app.

• Do not use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Do not harass, threaten, or abuse drivers or riders, including in chat
• Do not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service
• Do not impersonate others or provide false information

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

The app provides trip-scoped messaging between a rider and their matched driver. You are responsible for the content you send. Report inappropriate messages using the in-app report option; we may review reported content and take action.

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that a driver will be available, that trips will be uninterrupted, or that the service will be error-free. Blitz is not responsible for the acts or omissions of independent drivers or riders.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blitz is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or from any trip arranged through it.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified via the app or email. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
